All accounts and payment agreements are subject to credit approval.
Usual terms for shipment arriving within the United States on open account are either net 10 days after arrival and custom's clearance or net 5 days after delivery to the destination. Usual terms for shipments beyond the borders of the United States are by irrevocable letter of credit issued within 14 days after the date of order and negotiable upon presentation of shipping documents. | |
